Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, and storage guidelines.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks as needed (prep, packaging, cleaning).
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and promotions.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
