Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member to deliver excellent guest service, handle POS transactions, and assist in food preparation and sanitation across our travel plazas in the Northeast and Midwest. You will support daily operations, merchandising, and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong cash handling and customer service experience, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items; follow food safety rules.
• Stock, clean, and maintain workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products as appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
