Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Broadview Heights, OH to support the General Manager in daily operations at our travel plaza locations. You will help drive guest satisfaction, manage teams, and uphold brand standards across service areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quick-service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in during the manager's absence and ensure smooth operation.
• Motivate staff during times of low morale and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure policies are followed and inventory accuracy through spot counts.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
