Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Decatur, Texas. The role involves direct patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with the care team.

The candidate must have a PT degree (DPT preferred or PT degree with NPTE) and an active or pending license, plus CPR certification. Travel benefits and weekly pay are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience as a PT
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals aligned to patient capacity
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient goals
