Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in PT with licensure.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals based on capacity and tolerance.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Set realistic goals, assess progress, and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate and achieve team goals.
