Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license or in process for PT licensure

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs and plans, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
