MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Caldwell, Texas. The role requires a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, and state licensure or active licensure application. Duties include direct patient care, treatment planning, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Develop care plans and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals.
