Job description

Role: Travel Physical Therapist responsible for providing therapy services in a home health setting for adult and geriatric patients.

Key Duties:

Guarantee 40 hours per week, with a caseload of 28-32 points, and manage all aspects of travel logistics. Provide therapy in a home health environment, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
