Role:

Travel Physical Therapist in a home health setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services in home health, manage patient care, and ensure quality treatment.

Schedule & Duties:

Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, with weekend rotations approximately every 6 weeks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of home care and case management experience, active physical therapist license.
