Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to support patient recovery and chronic condition management in a new location.

You will provide therapy services, perform evaluations, and ensure high-quality patient care within assigned coverage areas, with no weekend or on-call duties. Collaboration with healthcare teams is essential to develop effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program and an active state license; BLS certification if required.
• Home health experience with OASIS and evaluations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-focused skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in assigned coverage areas Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Conduct patient evaluations and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with documentation and healthcare standards.

Role:

Travel Home Health Physical Therapist responsible for patient recovery and chronic condition management in a new location.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services, conduct evaluations, and ensure quality patient care within assigned coverage areas. Maintain productivity goals of 30 visits weekly, with no weekend or on-call duties. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited institutions, active state license, and BLS certification if required. Home health experience with OASIS and evaluations is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and patient-focused skills are necessary.

Key Duties:

Deliver therapy services Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, within specified geographic areas. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and documentation requirements.
