Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 outpatient care for adult orthopedic, balance, and pre/post-surgical patients across diverse locations.

The role requires a PT degree, current state licensure, BLS, outpatient experience, and proficiency with the Turbo PT EMR. Expect a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week with full benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution (Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT).
• Active state license to practice.
• BLS certification.
• Outpatient experience.
• Proficiency with EMR Turbo PT.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in rehabilitation and recovery in an outpatient setting.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (40-hour workweek).
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
• Utilize EMR Turbo PT to document patient progress.
