Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments across diverse settings. You will develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence while coordinating with care teams.

You’ll conduct assessments, implement therapy techniques, operate specialized equipment, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers for long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification are required.
• Preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy and relevant experience.
