Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients across diverse settings, aiming to improve mobility and reduce pain through individualized rehab plans.

You will document progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, and assist with discharge planning. A valid physical therapy license and BLS are required, with strong communication, interpersonal, and manual therapy skills in fast-paced
