Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess referred patients, develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, and provide skilled therapy in accordance with physician orders in Powell, TN.

The role involves evaluating patient needs, setting realistic goals, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor7s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing the NPTE with at least one year of experience.
• Current state license or active application, and CPR certification.

Job description

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.

• Responsibilities: Evaluate patient needs, set realistic goals, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal care.
• Qualifications: Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, passing the NPTE, with at least one year of experience. Current state license or active application process, and CPR certification are required.
• Skills: Strong assessment and patient care skills, ability to develop effective treatment plans, documentation proficiency, and team collaboration.
