The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating and providing rehabilitative care to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to meet patient goals.
Assess referred patients, administer skilled physical therapy interventions, document patient progress, and educate patients and families about therapy methods. Develop and modify care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, have at least one year of experience, and possess or be in the process of obtaining state licensure. Current CPR certification is required.
Graduation from an accredited school; compliance with client facility requirements.
Conduct patient assessments, establish treatment goals, provide therapy services, evaluate progress, and work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
