Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Current state license or in licensure process.
• At least one year of experience.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients requiring rehabilitation services and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions as per physician orders.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate to modify care plans for optimal recovery.
• Develop and execute a plan of care and ensure direct therapy delivery.

Job description

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.

• Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, set realistic goals, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate and modify care plans for optimal recovery.

Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, possess a current state license or be in the licensure application process, have at least one year of experience, and maintain current CPR certification. Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Key Duties: Develop and execute a plan of care, provide direct therapy services, assess patient needs, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and work with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient rehabilitation goals.
