Job summary

Health Here seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services in a travel capacity across multiple clinical sites in the United States. The role includes assessing patients, designing tailored treatment plans, and delivering direct PT interventions in line with physician orders.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, adjusting plans to meet goals, and educating patients and families on therapy methods.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Passing the NPTE and current state licensure or active application process.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
