Health Wealth Safe seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a dynamic healthcare setting in Mesa, AZ. You will assess patients, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions per physician orders.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to meet goals. A state license and NPTE are required, with at least one year of PT experience and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Passed the NPTE and hold or are in process of obtaining state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
