This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The Physical Therapist develops personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercises and manual therapy, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and educates patients and caregivers on injury prevention and self-management techniques.
Conduct patient assessments, create and implement rehabilitation programs, operate therapy equipment safely, monitor patient progress, document treatments, and adjust plans as needed. Maintain a safe environment and adhere to regulatory standards. Participate in discharge planning and professional development activities.
Valid physical therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Physical abilities include moving equipment and assisting patients. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams, proficiency in PC use, and ability to handle fast-paced environments are essential. Must possess visual acuity and effective communication skills.
