Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospital and clinic settings.

You will develop personalized rehabilitation plans, apply exercise and manual therapy, and document outcomes while maintaining safety and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to interpret instructions.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and handle irregular schedules.
