Role:

The position is for a travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, operate therapy equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety standards, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; a Doctorate degree is preferred. Essential skills include critical thinking, clinical proficiency, effective communication, physical abilities for mobility and equipment handling, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and patients. Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail are required.
