Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions through examinations, tests, and history to determine treatment needs.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring function and independence.
• Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain documentation of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Contribute to discharge planning for seamless patient transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, good communication, and PC skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift weights, and move equipment.
• Effective team collaboration and professionalism.
