Job description

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Duties: Develop personalized rehabilitation plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, monitor patient progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure a safe treatment environment. Engage in quality improvement and discharge planning activities to support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid state licensure, current BLS certification, strong clinical and critical thinking skills, effective communication, and proficiency in documentation and PC use. Must meet physical, sensory, and interpersonal requirements, including the ability to lift 50-100 lbs, work effectively with diverse teams, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
