DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy in home settings across rural and regional communities. You will deliver care to patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions, with a focus on safety, documentation, and outcomes.

The role supports travel to diverse locations, with flexible assignments and ongoing recruiter support; typical hours are weekdays, offering stability and growth within a nationwide travel program.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active West Virginia PT license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral).
• Experience in home health care is required.
• BLS certification may be required.

Key Duties

• Work approximately 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or on-call duties.
• Deliver care in a travel capacity, supporting diverse patient needs in a rural and regional setting.
