Proforma Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide inpatient and outpatient therapy in hospital settings, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Shifts typically 7:00 AM–6:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.
