Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Huntington, WV seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver PT services in patients' homes during an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday across Putnam, Cabell, and Wayne counties.

You will assess needs, build treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support recovery while maintaining safety and quality standards. APTA-approved PT degree, active license, and home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active state license and BLS certification (may be required).
• Experience in home health and HCHB systems.

Role:

Travel Home Health Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a home health setting. Deliver care during an 8-hour shift, typically Monday to Friday, covering areas in Putnam, Cabell, and Wayne counties.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA. Active State License, BLS certification (may be required), and home health and HCHB experience are necessary.
