Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educates patients on home exercises and injury prevention, and maintains a safe, compliant treatment environment.

Participates in discharge planning, quality assurance, and professional development activities to uphold high standards of patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification.

Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Physical abilities include moving equipment and assisting patients, with sensory and motor skills necessary for effective patient care.
