Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing patient care plans in an acute care setting. You will work across facilities to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services.

The role involves supervising PTAs, collaborating with medical staff, and adapting treatment plans to patient needs. Travel and BLS/state licensure are required, with 8-hour days and 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 6 months of PT experience (1 year preferred).
• BLS certification and state licensure required.
