Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.
The role includes supervising PTAs and support staff, and collaborating with medical personnel to optimize patient outcomes. The position requires a state license, BLS, and at least 6 months of PT experience (1 year preferred).
A travel Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.
Supervise PTAs and support staff, bill within facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state regulations, collaborate with medical personnel, assess and modify care plans, understand adaptive equipment, utilize electronic medical systems, and maintain accurate documentation.
Minimum of 6 months experience (1 year preferred), BLS certification, state-specific license, and strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods is essential.
