Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement care plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

You will supervise PTAs, handle documentation, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes. Strong knowledge of anatomy and related fields, plus licensure and BLS, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged).
• BLS certification required.
• State-specific licensure required for practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lean for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and support staff within the facility guidelines.
• Bill within facility guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to create and modify care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Understand adaptive equipment needs and usage.
• Utilize medical systems for documentation and maintain accurate records.
