Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. You will supervise PTAs and support staff, coordinate with medical personnel, and ensure documentation aligns with regulations.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience, be fully licensed with BLS, and maintain strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
