Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff, bill according to facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state PT board regulations, collaborate with medical personnel to create and modify care plans, evaluate adaptive equipment needs, and document accurately using medical systems.
Minimum 6 months of experience (1 year preferred), BLS certification, valid state license, and strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
