CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in Washington. You will assess patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with degree in PT from accredited program.
• Active NPTE certification is preferred or in process.
• CPR certification is required.
• State licensure is current or in progress.
