Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in McDonough, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled rehabilitation aligned with physician orders.

The role requires a Doctorate or Bachelors in Physical Therapy, NPTE pass, and active state licensure or progress toward licensure, plus CPR certification and at least one year of experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and NPTE must be completed.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience.
• Current state licensure or active pursuit with CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop care plans for PT patients.
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and modify treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
