Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders.

Responsibilities include assessing medical conditions, establishing personalized programs with achievable goals, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on therapy methods, while collaborating with the healthcare team to meet care goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with NPTE certification.
• Graduation from an accredited school.
• Minimum of one year of experience
• Current state license or active license application as a Registered Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility
