Role Overview

This position requires a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments. The role involves developing personalized rehabilitation plans, implementing evidence-based therapies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments using clinical tests and history, create tailored treatment programs, operate therapeutic equipment, monitor progress, and document interventions and outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on recovery strategies and injury prevention. Ensure safety and infection control standards are maintained, and participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification are required. Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and relevant experience; new graduates are welcome. Must possess strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Physical abilities include lifting, moving equipment, and maintaining patient comfort. Technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
