Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across assigned caseload in California.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, perform clinical assessments, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while maintaining safety and infection control standards. Licensure in CA and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in CA.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to assist patients physically.
• Proficiency in English.
