DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across diverse settings.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, perform clinical assessments, operate therapy equipment, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams while traveling to patient locations.

Qualifications
