Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse home health settings in South Dakota. You will design personalized treatment plans, apply evidence-based therapy techniques, and monitor patient progress to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications
