Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, examinations, and history to identify needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
