Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Petaluma, California. Youll evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, creating personalized plans to improve mobility and reduce pain in diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize care.
• Document evaluations and outcomes accurately in medical records.
