Qualifications

• DPT degree required; active state licensure; BLS certification.
• Two years of physical therapy experience preferred; recent field experience.
• Active PT license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required per facility policy.
• Ability to work in a hospital-based setting; day-shift availability.
• Meet essential functions of a hospital day-shift role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; required if the license was obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent
• Experience: Two years of physical therapy experience preferred; at least two years of recent experience in the field noted
• Licenses/Certifications: Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required; CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Facility-specific certification: BLS certification required per policy
• Other: Current nursing license per the state of assignment; ability to work in a hospital-based setting; active state licensure as a PT
• Additional notes: Must be able to perform essential functions and meet the demands of a day-shift hospital environment
