Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Gainesville, FL seeks a Physical Therapist to assess referred patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, delivering therapy, documenting progress, and educating patients and families about therapy methods. Requires DPT or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, NPTE, licensure (current or in process), CPR, and 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, state licensure either current or in process, and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy.
• Strong assessment, planning and documentation abilities; able to educate patients and families.
