Role Overview:

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, hold or be in the process of obtaining a current state license, and possess a minimum of one year's experience. CPR certification is required.
