Job summary

Health Here is seeking a travel-based physical therapist to assess, plan, and deliver rehabilitation services to patients in need across facilities. You will develop personalized care plans, perform skilled interventions, and document progress while aligning with physician orders and patient goals.

Requirements include a Doctorate or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, NPTE success, a current state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience.
