Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a travel assignment, responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The therapist develops personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, implements therapy techniques, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, create and adjust rehabilitation programs, operate therapy equipment, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain safety standards. Engage in quality improvement and discharge planning to support patient recovery and independence.
• Essential Skills & Qualifications: Valid state licensure, current BLS certification, critical thinking, effective communication, physical ability to perform manual tasks, and proficiency in clinical documentation. Ability to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams and patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, relevant experience, and additional certifications as needed. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
