Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy across a SNF setting in the California Bay Area. You will treat 14–16 patients daily, primarily on weekdays, with potential float rotations.

The role requires a valid PT license (CA) and a degree in physical therapy, with at least 2 years SNF experience. Certifications in orthopedics or neurology are encouraged.
