Job description

Role: Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist responsible for providing patient rehabilitation services in a healthcare setting.

• Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality rehabilitative care with a focus on productivity; maintain standards and policies; communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams; and meet patient care goals.
• Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an SNF environment. Ability to start immediately is required.
• Skills: Experience working with geriatric patients, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SNF procedures.

Additional details include working days shifts of 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week, with an immediate start.
