Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist

Role:

Provide therapy services in post-acute care settings, primarily in SNFs, across two locations in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered therapy, split time between sites, with scheduling communicated in advance.

Qualifications:

Schedule:

Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours daily, totaling 40 hours weekly.
