Job description

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized therapy services, implement patient care plans, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal mobility and functional outcomes.

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist certification, valid state licensure, and preferred SNF experience. Float rotation may be required.

Key Duties:

Deliver therapy services during day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly, ensuring compliance with facility and licensing requirements. Submit relevant certifications upon application.
